Capuchin monkeys in Indiana?

Can anyone tell me if it's legal to own Capuchin monkeys here in Indiana? Any and all help on the law regarding Capuchins in Indiana would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Check this site out, it tells you about all the states. It also tells how bad of an idea it is to want to own a non-human primate, just in case you are thinking about it.

According to this site there is a partial ban on primates in Indiana.
A partial ban usual means that certain species are not permitted, sometimes you can get a permit for some of them. You'll have to check locally.
Think twice before having a monkey as a pet:

The Partial Ban that the other poster mentioned relates to having monkeys as service pets. If a person has a disability which requires a trained monkey as a service pet, then the person is allowed to have the monkey as a pet. Otherwise, pet monkeys would not be allowed.

Probably not, but Republiclowns like yourself should be illegal!
