do anything eat skunk?

Most predators are deterred from preying on skunks, because of the skunk's obvious defense mechanism. However, if an individual is persistant enough, it will capture and consume a skunk. (I personally know a man who tried it and he said the meat wasn't that good). After a skunk sprays, it needs time to rebuild its stinky reserves, so it is temporarily vulnerable to attack.

Also, skunks are vulnerable to road mortality and rabies. It is always wise to keep pets and yourself away from wild skunks because they are highly susceptible to rabies in parts of the U.S.
