Can we train a cheetah? or can we be friends?

Answers:
Do you mean friends with the cheetah? No, once they grow up, their instincts kick in %26 you are in danger. They are not domesticated, they are "wild". Even zoologists who are big cat-trainers usually have their career ended in injury or death %26 they know what they are doing! If you love them %26 want to be around cheetahs, study to be a zoologist %26 while studying volunteer at the local zoo/animal shelter/animal preserve.

p.s. "Domestication" takes years (generations). Just b/c you raise an animal from infancy does NOT make it domesticated!

Not for amateurs but I bet if they were babies and they were domestically raised, then it might happen. Otherwise I don't think it's safe to hang around with these cats.

Probably not really the safest hobby, but I'm sure it can be done! Give it a try! Feed it well and I'm sure the cheeta will be happy to be friends, that or it will eat you.

We are talking about wild animals. Even if born in captivity they are still wild. Big cats do not make good pets! Please go to this site they will show you what usually happens when big cats are kept as pets

Many of the cats at that organization were rescued or surrendered to them by people who tried to keep them as pets.

Of course if you declawed the beats and removed its teeth compelety, unless you're really small, then it could crush you, but if you normal size and up you dont have anything to worry about. Just keep it on a liquid/nutrient rich diet and it will be fine. You can always blender up meat and supplements, it will be fine. I would love to do that with a tiger, that would be cool, but no California legislature thinks that it is cruel, boo hoo hoo.

no I don't think so even if they are a baby. You can but it wouldn't be a bright idea. Yeah it would be chill but also very dangerous. They can turn on you any time. They will always have that hunting instinct.

They can be trained (which is how cheetahs appear in movies). They do not make good pets, sorry. Depending on your state, you may need an "exotic animal permit" to keep one.
