Can we introduce a second Guinea Pig Sow as a companion for a 7 month sow without fighting?

I have a guinea pig sow about 7 months %26 we want to get her a companion but was told that because she is mature now she would not accept one without fighting. I am concerned to get a boar because I do not want to breed guinea pigs and I have heard her pelvis bone may have fused by now since she has not had a litter already. Any ideas?
Answers:
If you go to a guinea pig rescue, they will help you pair up your piggy with another piggie, generally, they will get along fine, and we place them in a large open pen on the floor and place hay, fruit and veggies down for them. Before you put then together make sure you can reach all areas of the enclosure and have a towel, when they fight, they really go at it and will tear you up in the process, just throw the towel on them and scoop them up. Yes, please do not get a male our rescue is full of unwanted piggies, it is so sad, and yes after nine month a female we almost certainly die in labor because there pelvic bone does fuse

I have listed our rescue if you wanted to look or even if you wanted to email us with question, about introducing a piggy. As we are not always on this site.

MAYBE IF U GET A BOY I'M NOT EXACTLY SURE
i had no problem introducing guinea pigs to each other. in fact they were never happier than when getting a friend. they were always gentle and never fought. just key an eye on them for a while and make sure the cage is big enough. go to cavycages.com
